WHAT IS ACTUALLY INCLUDED IN MY PROGRAM?Within your personalised program, you'll get exercises specifically targeted towards various physical qualities needed for boxing like mobility, strength, speed and power, hypertrophy (if needed) and conditioning. This is things like plyometrics and ballistics, targeted mobility exercises, traditional strength and compound exercises, specific robustness exercises and structured conditioning sessions. Your specific goals, whether you're in or out of camp, injury status and training history will dictate the overall volume we give to each quality.

THE PRICE FOR 1-1 COACHING IS QUITE EXPENSIVE - IS IT WORTH IT?We understand that 1-1 coaching does not come cheap, however, we strive to make our programs as accessible as possible. In saying this, online coaching gives you a customized program, ongoing support, and exercise feedback—all at a fraction of the cost of your usual in-person coaching prices. Along with this, you'll have a high level coach in the palm of your hand to ask any questions specifically related to you all for less than $10 a day.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO SOME EQUIPMENT?1-1 coaching is designed to be completely personalised to you so if you don't have some equipment or need to an adapt an exercise then we're on hand to provide modifications.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED FEEDBACK ON MY EXERCISE TECHNIQUE?We make ourselves available 24/7 for unlimited support and guidance on any questions you have related to your training. If you want your technique looked over all you have to do is film yourself and send a clip over to us.

WHAT IF I GET INJURED?Injuries are a part of boxing, but this doesn't mean you should stop training all together. We can modify your program to suit your specific injury and also provide rehab exercises to get you back in the ring faster whilst keeping you strong and robust.
